In our therapy center, we pursue an intensive and holistic approach to pediatric physiotherapy. Through the targeted use of innovative therapy methods such as the NeuroSuit and the SpiderCage, we support children in improving their motor skills and reaching new developmental milestones. These technologies are particularly beneficial for the therapy process as they promote targeted, functional movement patterns and make therapy even more effective. We offer both individual sessions and customized intensive programs - exactly right for your child.
Our programs are flexible and can last from a few days to several weeks so that each child receives the best possible support.
Our approach: Individual, intensive and structured
Every therapy begins with a comprehensive initial examination (assessment), in which our interdisciplinary team works with the parents to determine the child's current developmental stage. Based on this analysis, we develop a customized therapy plan that is tailored to the child's individual needs and potential.
Our experienced therapists work in a motivating and supportive environment and specifically challenge the child to achieve the best possible progress. We set clear goals and work towards them in a structured manner. We actively involve the family in the entire therapy process in order to sustainably support progress in everyday life.
Therapy Forms: Traditional & Intensive
We offer both classic physiotherapy units and intensive therapy programs that take place over a short but intensive period of time. The use of NeuroSuit and SpiderCage enables even more targeted support by optimizing muscle activity, balance and coordination. Our goal is to get the best potential out of every child and to enable them to be more independent and have a better quality of life. In our therapy center, we support children and their families with heart, expertise and commitment - for the best possible development and a self-determined future.
Weekly pediatric physiotherapy in our therapy center
In addition to our intensive programs, we offer traditional weekly physical therapy sessions for families near our therapy centers. These regular sessions allow for continuous support and long-term progress.
When is physiotherapy useful?
Our therapy supports children with motor challenges, including:
✅Prematurity
✅Torticollis / torticollis
✅Muscular dystrophy
✅Down syndrome
✅Spina bifida
✅Cerebral palsy
✅stroke
✅developmental delays
✅Hypotension / Hypertension
✅Gross motor coordination problems
✅gait disturbances
✅...
Our experienced therapists use proven methods as well as modern aids such as Galileo, NeuroSuit and SpiderCage if these support the success of the therapy. Whether intensive or weekly - our goal is to support your child in the best possible way and to strengthen their independence.
How physiotherapy can support your child
Physiotherapy can improve your child’s motor skills in several areas:
✅Posture: Improve body alignment in different positions for more stability and healthy posture.
✅Muscle tone: Regulate the natural muscle resistance – reduce stiffness when tone is increased or strengthen muscles when tone is reduced.
✅Range of Motion: Increasing the range of motion of the joints so that they can bend and stretch better.
✅Strength: Strengthening the muscles to safely perform movements against gravity.
✅Balance: Promoting the ability to maintain balance (e.g. through corrective reactions) and avoid falls (protective reactions).
✅Reflexes: Support automatic movement patterns, especially in infancy, such as grasping reflex, positive support reflex or asymmetric tonic neck reflex.
Through targeted exercises and therapeutic methods, physiotherapy helps your child to optimize movement skills and achieve more independence in everyday life.
Physiotherapy for Children – Possible Therapy Contents
Our physiotherapy measures are designed to specifically promote your child's motor skills. This includes stretching and strengthening exercises to improve mobility and movement quality. Targeted movement training develops or corrects natural movement patterns. The therapy also supports balance and equilibrium skills, promotes posture control and helps to make walking safer and more efficient through gait training.
In addition, we use modern technologies such as TASES, NISE-Stim and Galileo to stimulate muscle activity, improve strength and stability and optimize movement patterns. Finally, orthopedic aspects are taken into account by individually evaluating the need for adaptive devices and orthopedic aids.
