Fabienne Theler

Fabienne Theler, a physiotherapist with over twelve years of clinical and international experience, is one of fewer than four experts worldwide who master Dynamic Movement Intervention up to Level Intermediate A. After completing her Master's degree at King's College London, she qualified in DMI Levels A, B, C, and Intermediate A, NISE-Stim, TASES, TheraSuit Advanced, Spidercage, and TheraTogs.

Sensophysio includes DMI Level A, B, C, Intermediate A, NISE-Stim, TASES, TheraSuit, PediaSuit, TheraTogs, Spidercage, sensory integration, functional movement therapy, hippotherapy and hydrotherapy.

Within this framework, Fabienne develops evidence-based intensive programs and individual sessions that specifically optimize posture, coordination, and depth perception. Dr. David P. Lily

Born in China, Lilly has left her mark on Switzerland and captured everyone's hearts. Her ability to master various tricks reflects not only her intelligence but also her lively and cheerful nature. Lilly is more than just a four-legged friend; she is an integral part of our therapy for our young patients. With her penchant for long walks, her record-breaking 12-kilometer hike, and her love of all things crunchy—from apples to cucumbers to pumpkin—she brings joy and variety to everyday life.

Her enthusiasm for fish and seafood and long naps make her a wonderfully versatile character who provides both excitement and relaxation in everyday therapy.

So, if you need a little cheering up or someone to motivate and keep you in a good mood, Lilly is always there. She offers not only cuddly moments of calm, but also playful interaction that helps our young patients integrate joy and laughter into their daily therapy routine. Lilly is a true gift to us all and a source of immeasurable joy and warmth.

Rita Gomes

Rita Gomes, a passionate and specialized pediatric physiotherapist from Lisbon, brings over six years of extensive experience treating infants and children with neurodevelopmental disorders and neuromuscular pathologies. After completing her bachelor's degree in physiotherapy at the Escola Superior de Tecnologias da Saúde de Lisboa, she furthered her expertise through postgraduate training in the Bobath concept in pediatrics.

At leading therapy centers in Lisbon, including Cresce com Amor – Center for Specialized Therapies (since April 2020), she conducts interdisciplinary assessments and interventions and implements intensive protocols such as Pediasuit and Pediasuit Baby. Previously, from September 2019 to October 2021, she led projects at the Almada-Seixal Cerebral Paralysis Association and coordinated pediatric hydrotherapy at the Moita National Association of Rare Therapies.

As a certified Pediasuit instructor (Basic & Advanced), Rita uses these specialized suits to specifically improve sensory perception and motor control. She is also certified in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) and an expert in the Spidercage, which allows her to precisely combine neurodevelopmental support and proprioceptive training. She also uses technical aids such as vibration platforms, neuromuscular bands, dynamic compression suits, and AFOs.

Her strength lies in developing individually tailored treatment plans based on these techniques and current evidence-based methods. Through close collaboration with physicians, occupational therapists, and teachers in clinics, schools, and at home, she ensures that therapy goals are achieved both functionally and in everyday life.

Rita continues to pursue international training – including in São Paulo (Advanced & Basic Pediasuit Baby), at the DAFO Institute (orthosis assessment and fabrication), and in courses on postural control, respiratory care, and pediatric neurology in Portugal and Brazil. With this combination of clinical expertise and ongoing training, she contributes sustainably to improving the quality of life of her young patients.

Our multidisciplinary team is not only trained in traditional therapy methods, but is also certified in innovative approaches such as PediaSuit , TheraSuit and DMI (Dynamic Movement Intervention) to address a wide range of needs and challenges.

PediaSuit advanced, Kinekt, as part of our therapy offering, utilizes biomechanical concepts to improve mobility and reduce pain. This method is particularly effective in injury rehabilitation and improving overall physical performance.

DMI , a specialized form of neurophysiotherapy, is used particularly in our pediatrics department. This technique promotes the development of movement patterns in children, especially those with motor deficits. By promoting neurological development and improving motor skills, DMI helps children reach their full potential.
