A translator can be provided at an additional charge the meeting is either in English, French or German Our ONLINE session lasts approximately one hour and is designed to ensure that we find the right TheraTogs products for you. During this time, and even afterwards, we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have. Once we've selected the most suitable products together, we'll also dedicate about another hour during delivery to make final adjustments. During this time, we’ll provide you with additional instructions and tips on how to use the product correctly. These steps allow us to ensure that everything fits perfectly and that you have a fantastic experience with TheraTogs. Delivery: Takes an average of 5-7 working days. Session 2: Approximately 50 minutes for product sizing, instructions, and more.
