Service Description
Our session lasts around an hour and is designed to ensure we find the right TheraTogs products for you. During this time and afterwards, we are happy to answer any questions you may have. After we have selected the right products together, we also dedicate another hour upon delivery to make the final adjustment. We will give you additional instructions and tips on how to use the product correctly. All of these steps enable us to ensure that everything fits perfectly and that you will have a fantastic experience with TheraTogs. We look forward to supporting you on your journey and ensuring that your experience with TheraTogs goes smoothly! Session 1: Approximately 1.5 hours session and information (will be offset against purchase) Delivery takes an average of 5-7 working days Session 2: Approximately 1.5 hours product adjustment, instruction, etc. We look forward to supporting you soon and finding an optimal solution for you together!
Cancellation Policy
No problem if your plans change! You can adjust your booking up to 24 hours in advance. Are you planning long-term? Great, book your slot up to 90 days in advance. And if you have to do it at short notice: bookings are possible up to one hour before the appointment. If you have any questions, just let us know - we'll find a solution together. This way you'll always stay flexible and on track.
