The flexor carpi ulnaris is a muscle located in the forearm. It runs from the medial epicondyle of the humerus and the posterior border of the ulna to the pisiform and hook of the hamate bones. The flexor carpi ulnaris primarily functions to flex and adduct the wrist joint, moving the hand towards the little finger side of the forearm.
