Treatment for Morton's neuralgia may include wearing shoes with wider toe boxes and good foot support. Orthopedic insoles or splints can help relieve pressure on the nerve. Physical therapy can provide exercises to strengthen foot muscles and improve mobility. In severe cases, an injection of corticosteroids may be necessary. An orthopedist or foot surgeon can discuss the best course of action.
