disc prolapse
The rotatores are a group of small muscles along the spine. They consist of the musculi rotatores breves and the musculi rotatores longi. These muscles are located between the transverse processes of the vertebrae and are responsible for the rotation and stabilization of the spine. They work closely with other back muscles to support an upright posture and enable movements in different planes.
